Virgin Mary Consomme Recipe
- 500g ripe tomatoes
- 10g garlic
- 5g basil
- 50g celery
- 50g onion
- 5g salt
- Place all the ingredients into a blender, and blend for 5 minutes.
- Take a fine cloth or blue j cloth and place into a sieve over a bowl.
- Pour over the blended tomato mix and leave to strain in the fridge over night
- Once drained collect the essence from the bowl and use.
