Watermelon, Mint, Feta Kebabs
These watermelon, mint, feta kebabs are perfect for warm summer days (while summer’s still here). Paired with a light-drinking wine (we’d suggest Two Oceans Rose or Sauvignon Blanc), you’ll get the perfect kick of naughty and nice. Recipe makes six kebabs.
- 12 x 4cm watermelon cubes
- 6 x 3cm feta cubes (choose a slightly harder one; you don’t want lots of crumbles everywhere)
- 6 mint leaves
- 6 wooden skewers
- Olive oil (optional)
- Skewer mint and feta between two pieces of watermelon.
- Drizzle with olive oil (optional).
