Watermelon, mint, feta kebabs

I was sent this recipe a little while ago and it looked so interesting that I just had to share it. Enjoy!

Watermelon, Mint, Feta Kebabs

These watermelon, mint, feta kebabs are perfect for warm summer days (while summer’s still here). Paired with a light-drinking wine (we’d suggest Two Oceans Rose or Sauvignon Blanc), you’ll get the perfect kick of naughty and nice. Recipe makes six kebabs.


  • 12 x 4cm watermelon cubes
  • 6 x 3cm feta cubes (choose a slightly harder one; you don’t want lots of crumbles everywhere)
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 6 wooden skewers
  • Olive oil (optional)


  • Skewer mint and feta between two pieces of watermelon.
  • Drizzle with olive oil (optional).
  • Enjoy!
