World-renowned sustainable brand Potato Head’s latest restaurant, Tanaman, is a plant-based restaurant with a food and cocktail menu that pays tribute to traditional dishes with progressive techniques. Their signature cocktail, the Pumpkin Thyme is a smooth, spicy and zesty cocktail with an intriguing and unique flavour, consisting of roasted pumpkin puree, orange, thyme, palm nectar, and island-spiced rum. Get the Pumpkin Thyme cocktail recipe below.
The inspiration behind the Pumpkin Thyme was derived from the native plants of Indonesia. The produce is sourced directly from a handful of small, spray-free farms in Bali’s interior and the bartenders have drawn on their fondest memories to create a cocktail that reflects Indonesia’s ancient culture, which is heavily connected to Mother Earth.
