Insider’s Tip: The Greek Fisherman first opened its doors in 1992 and is one of the longest-lasting establishments at the V&A Waterfront, still owned by its original family. The restaurant offers traditional Greek food with a modern twist in a modern setting.
Signature dishes include the Traditional Roast Lamb (oven-roasted, slow-cooked lamb, on the bone, served with roast potatoes and tzatziki), Moussaka Layers (aubergine, minced meat and béchamel sauce, baked in the oven and served with roast potatoes), and the Seafood Skewer (line fish, prawns and calamari, served on a skewer, accompanied by spinach rice and mussels in tomato and feta cheese sauce).
There are also wide range of mezes and seafood platters available. The Greek Fisherman also boasts an on-site sommelier, who can assist with wine recommendations and food pairing. The restaurant also has an extensive Vintage Wine selection available.
